Planning large projects includes whole range of activities that require assistance of experienced professionals. It is essential to secure whole range of necessary steps within the process of preparation, realization as well as completion and handover of the project. Basically the activities of the company are divided into 3 different stages:

phase 1: Pre study

► Searching for land plots and negotiations with owners private as well as City;
► Draw up purchase agreement in cooperation with local lawyer;
► Make up calculations and budget charts;
► Make up all drawings and documents for tender process;
► Take care of the environmental approvals;
► Negotiations with Contractors and draw up Contract;
► Purchasing of the parts of the Construction and technology as is decided to not be a part of the Main contract;
► Control and checking of all design and permissions such as EIA, IPPC, territorial permission and building permission.

phase 2: Construction

► Control of the construction works together with local supervisors both for the buildings and for the technology;
► Responsible for design meeting, site meetings and participation in meetings required by the Client;
► Following up of all costs and report to the Client;
► Consulting support.

phase 3: Handing over

► Authority inspections;
► Completion inspection;
► Final approval for running of the factory, including technology;
► Keeping contact with customer even after the project is finished.
